The Writers + Creatives Circle

The Writers + Creatives Circle is a 3-month mentorship and accountability program designed to help you finally complete — or make meaningful progress on — the creative project that matters most to you.

Whether you’re working on:

• A TV pilot or screenplay
• A book or book proposal
• A podcast
• A live production
• Essays, stories, or another creative project

This program provides the guidance, structure, and community that help creatives move their work forward.

Inside the Circle, you’ll receive:

• Career mentorship from an experienced TV writer (TBS, Netflix, Comedy Central)
• Coaching to move through procrastination, blocks, and perfectionism
• Accountability to help you stay consistent
• Peer feedback on your creative work
• A supportive community of fellow creatives

This program is ADHD-friendly and led by an ICF-certified coach, professional TV writer, and mindfulness mentor.

How the Writers + Creatives Circle Works

Each month includes two types of sessions designed to support both strategy and execution.

Large Group Coaching Sessions

Twice per month, the full group meets with Charla for 90-minute coaching sessions focused on:

• Creative career strategy
• Working through blocks and self-doubt
• ADHD-friendly productivity strategies
• Building confidence in your creative voice

Peer Accountability Sessions

Twice per month, you'll meet with a small peer group for 2-hour sessions that include:

• Co-working together on your individual projects
• Accountability check-ins
• Giving and receiving creative feedback

Participants submit work at least once per month, ensuring everyone receives multiple rounds of constructive feedback during the program.

Peer group meeting times are determined collaboratively among members.

Large group sessions take place every other Sunday at 6:30 PM EST beginning April 12th, 2026.

We’ll clarify your goals and create a roadmap for the next three months.

About Your Mentor

The Writers + Creatives Circle is led by Charla Lauriston — an experienced television writer, coach, and mindfulness mentor.

Charla has written for:

In addition to her writing career, she is an ICF-certified coach who helps creatives work through the internal blocks that often stop great ideas from becoming finished work.
