Meet Charla Lauriston

Charla Lauriston is a writer, coach, and mindfulness facilitator helping individuals, teams, and organizations overcome burnout, build resilience, and thrive with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.

Charla entered coaching after experiencing burnout firsthand. Having to step away from work in order to heal made her realize that external success means little without inner well-being.

That turning point led her to helping others succeed sustainably—without sacrificing their mental health, creativity, or sense of self.
