Through coaching, mindfulness practices, and the power of shared experience, you’ll begin to see yourself — and your life — in a completely new way.

How the Program Works
Duration: 3 months
Sessions: Bi-weekly group coaching calls
Length: 90 minutes per session
Each session includes:
Guided mindfulness or meditation practice
Group coaching and personalized support
Tools and frameworks to shift patterns
Space for reflection and integration
You'll leave each session with greater clarity, practical tools, and renewed self-trust.

Meet Your Guide
The Healing with Mindfulness Circle is led by an ICF-Certified coach and mindfulness mentor dedicated to helping people transform the inner patterns that keep them stuck.
Through mindfulness-based coaching, you’ll learn how to bring awareness and compassion to the parts of yourself that have been ignored, criticized, or pushed aside.
This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about coming home to yourself.
