This twice a month, 6-session coaching package is for anyone looking for a coaching engagement with ample time between sessions to implement insights and breakthroughs we have in session. If you want to hit the reset button on life, navigate a bumpy life transition, finish a small to midsize creative project, or reach a small or midsize goal, this package is for you. In 60-minute sessions, we'll work together to eliminate writer’s block, transform your relationship with your inner critic, uncover what’s keeping you stuck, and set goals that are authentic to you and the life you want to create.

While coaching does resemble therapy in some ways, therapy is about addressing mental health concerns, while coaching is about "exploring ways to fuel personal growth, and maximize both professional and personal potential" (ICF).
