My Story

I know what it’s like to feel pulled in different directions — to want more for your life, but not know how to access it.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your own mind, overthinking everything, questioning yourself, and feeling disconnected from what you really want.

For a long time, I thought I needed to “figure it all out.”

But what actually changed things was learning how to slow down and listen.

Through mindfulness and self-awareness, I stopped fighting my thoughts and emotions and started understanding them.

And from that place, something shifted.

I felt clearer.
More grounded.
More like myself again.

Now I help others find that same sense of clarity and connection — not by giving them all the answers, but by helping them access their own.
